Work with Niamh on a 1:1 basis with her 12-week Mind & Body Coaching Programme, which focuses on four anchors: Your Foundation, Movement, Lifestyle & Mindset.

  • Build your health and wellness from the foundation up and shift out of dysregulation/survival mode through functional breathing and nervous system regulation work
  • Get an individualised training plan, whether you want to workout in a gym by yourself, workout at home, continue doing your own training, or follow along to her recorded workouts
  • Learn what to eat to nourish your body and mind
  • Improve your sleep so that you get restorative sleep most nights
  • Go through her 12-week mindset curriculum so that you get clear on what you want out of life and how to get there
