Hi! I'm so grateful to connect with you and for your interest in working together. If you're a new client, this application is for you.Ā 

My 1:1 sessions offer customised and tailored support to serve you in where you are and where you're hoping to go. These sessions provide a safe space to process, heal and be supported through your body and nervous system. Through various modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Stress Release, Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work and Positive Health/Lifestyle Coaching, we work together to tend to your mind, body, nervous system, lifestyle and goals, one step at a time.
