Over the course of 12 weeks, I will coach you through four anchors, which I believe are key to improving your physical and mental health, and upgrading every area of your life - Your Foundation, Lifestyle, Movement and Mindset.

*Your Foundation - making positive changes to your life can be difficult but you can absolutely be successful if you build a foundation of regulation first. In this part of the programme, you will get to know your autonomic nervous system and how it's impacting every moment of your life, you will understand your physiology, recognise when you shift into states of dysregulation and learn how to spend more time in regulation. You will also learn how to shift from dysfunctional breathing patterns to functional ones so that you can support your overall health and wellbeing.

*Lifestyle - there are two elements of your lifestyle that are imperative to improving your health: sleep and nutrition.
Do you feel like you never get enough sleep? Do you struggle to get to sleep or stay asleep? Do you wake up still feeling tired? Have you tried lots of things and are still unsure how you can improve your sleep quality and quantity? During this programme you will learn how to build a consistent sleep routine, where you will fall asleep easier and stay asleep, where you will wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

When it comes to nutrition, are you unsure where to start? Are you tired of going from restriction to binging? Are you tired of counting every single gram of everything you eat? Are you unsure how to fuel your body and how to eat for your goals? During this programme you will learn how to fuel and nourish your body for health and longevity, how to eat for your goals, and how to move away from emotional eating and the restrict/binge mentality.

*Movement - moving your body has countless benefits for both your physical and mental health. With regular movement, you will feel better in yourself, you will see yourself in a more positive light, you will increase your energy levels and manage your stress.

Do you struggle to find time to exercise? Do you have a sedentary lifestyle and find it hard to get up and move after a long day of sitting? Maybe you don't enjoy exercising? Are you missing a consistent, progressive workout plan to keep you accountable? During this programme, I will create an individualised training plan for you to follow, whether you want to exercise at home, you are a member of a gym, or you just want to add more movement into your day.

*Mindset - your thoughts, emotions and behaviours create your reality. Making your mindset work for you, rather than against you, is key to improving your health and wellbeing.

Do you always find yourself thinking negatively? Are you unsure how to process your emotions? Are you stressed, burnt-out or overwhelmed? Do you react rather than respond in many situations? Do you have habits that you want to change? Do you want to have more fruitful relationships? Do you find it hard to stay in control of your life? Are you unsure what you want out of life? Do you know what you want but unsure how to get there? During this programme, I will coach you to develop your self-awareness, evaluate where you are in life right now, help you figure out where you want to go and how to get there. You will get to know yourself better, you will develop healthier habits learn how to effectively manage your stress and improve your relationships.

How it works

If you are interested in the Anchor Wellness Mind & Body Coaching Programme, you will have a virtual call with Coach & Founder Niamh, to chat about your goals and what you'd like to achieve from the programme. If we both agree it is a right fit for you, you will fill in the initial assessment form and be given access to the online coaching platform, which will hold your 12 week coaching programme. Each week you will have access to new content, across the four anchors: your foundation, lifestyle, movement and mindset. This will include your breathing practices, workout plan (you will also be using the Trainerize App for these), nutrition guide, sleep practices and mindset tools. You will check-in with Niamh weekly, to ensure you are moving in the direction of your goals. To further your learning, and to ensure you get the most out of the coaching programme, you will also have access to weekly group coaching calls with Niamh, which will focus on a different theme each week. You can attend this live or catch up on the recordings.
