Shift from nervous system dysregulation to regulation!
To experience more ease, flow and balance in your life, you need to know about the system that is keeping you dysregulated and stuck. Join me each week for six weeks where I will teach you about this incredible self-protective system, plus I will give you a roadmap to shift you from dysregulation to regulation, so that you can live a more fulfilling and transformative life! All this is backed with science, You simply cannot change your experience without addressing what is happening at a nervous system level!
Each week will be a mix of theory and practice. I want you to cognitively understand the material using a top-down approach, but it is also essential that you embody the material through body-based practices using a bottom-up approach. Your nervous system doesn't understand verbal language so we can't simply tell it to calm down. We need to speak to it in a language that it understands and that is the language of Somatics. We need to show it that it is safe to experience more regulation and we do that through regulating neural exercises, mindful movement and breath.
Over the six weeks, you will:
- Join me for six live online teaching calls via my coaching platform (similar to Zoom)
- Learn about & understand your Autonomic Nervous System
- Learn about the 3 states of regulation & 3 states of dysregulation
- Map your Autonomic Nervous System & identify which state is your homebase with personalised worksheets
- Build a homebase that is anchored in regulation
- Shift from patterns of fight, flight, freeze or shutdown to experience more regulation, ease & balance in your body, mind & life
- Enjoy more ease & flow in your body through gentle mindful movement (suitable for all abilities)
- Build a container of regulating tools
- Release stress from your body
- Recordings of all calls will be available to everyone who signs up & for those who can't make it to the live calls

"Thank you Niamh for putting together such an insightful course. It was full to the brim with information and tips. Each weeks arrival practice and poem always made me feel calm and settled. I always felt relaxed and rejuvenated after each lesson. I loved each week, especially learning about the vagus nerve and mapping my body's physical response to stress.
