Set aside 75 minutes of conscious time to attend to your inner world and process your life experiences so that you’re not doing it while trying to sleep, parent your children, in relationship, or while working!
Join me to begin your journey to transforming your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, as you process the stress and challenges from the week, so that you're not bringing them with you into the next week, and find some rest and restoration, so that you feel ready for whatever the week ahead brings!
